At IBS Systems (NI) Ltd we use a simple sit in/take away or food/ drink welcome screen to allow the staff member serving the customer to jump straight into the relevant batch of items. Everything has been pre programmed to allow the staff member to pick and choose the correct items for the sale. We tend to remove all the unnecessary buttons from the system so everything looks neat and tidy on screen.
Customised button colours and images with graphical table plan provide intuitive keyboard layouts for easy navigation. The till is simple for staff to learn and operate.
Pre set up mix and match, time activated prices changes and discounts can be set up in advance.
Table plans can be set up so staff have an easy time seeing an exact table lay out. Bills can be printed and stores. Bills can be split easily per person.

A dessert printer in another part of the building and a drinks printer at the bar for staff members to prepare the customers order.
TouchPoint can integrate with Dojo or PaymentSense. This is done by a customers own representative and not IBS Systems (NI) Ltd. This helps speed up service in businesses where there is often a bottle neck at the till point. The sale amount is transferred to the card machine where the customer can tap/insert and pay.
