IBS Systems (NI) Ltd was first set up in 1984 by the late Kevin Madden. We are still supplying to many of the same customers today as we were back then. Customer loyalty is at the heart of everything we do and are grateful so many fantastic businesses have chosen us as their EPoS supplier.

Which EPOS systems do IBS supply?
Our systems cover everything from a small pop-up shop to a multi-branch setup with a head office. We cater for hospitality, retail and everything in between. The most popular systems are PC based touchscreen devices which run with the popular ICRTouch software. We also supply online ordering, instore ordering for delivery to tables and much more.

Our EPOS Equipment
IBS can supply all the EPOS equipment and consumables required to set up and run your business. This includes touchscreen, software license, windows license, cash drawer, receipt printer, staff card swipe, barcode scanner, kitchen printer, back display, back office software, till rolls, visa rolls and ink ribbons.
We only supply the best equipment available on the market. We rent out most of our equipment, so it makes sense to supply the best. This ensures the longevity and the endurance of the equipment and less hassle for the client and for us. There is cheap equipment available that we could buy, but we passionately believe you get what you pay for and have had many clients who have come to us after using cheaper alternatives which has led to their business suffering.
We can provide a rental quote for the system required. You will then pay a monthly direct debit that covers the rental of the hardware including screen, drawer, printer etc. We will program the system, install the system and train any staff on the day of installation. We also carryout future programming, training, breakdown and support at no extra charge. You are always covered throughout the rental period for anything you may need. The only thing we do not cover is accidental damage caused by the user.
With all systems on rent from ourselves you will benefit from 7 day cover including weekends and bank holidays. Please note cover is not 24 hours.
Yes of course you can. All terminals, drawers and printers can be purchased upfront if you prefer not to rent. You will still have the system programmed, installed and staff trained and 1 years support and warranty cover. You will not have any weekend or bank holiday cover if you purchase the system.

Are there any back-office packages with ICRTouch?
Yes, ICRTouch have a back-office package called TouchOffice Web. This is a cloud based back office package that allows the business owner to have live access to all sales data at any time on any internet enabled device. You can also program the system and make price and staff amendments from your device. You can set up allergens, clock in/out, stock, wastages and much more on TouchOffice Web.

Why should I learn how to program my system?
Its great to know how to do basic changes to your system. You could have a big function coming up, a price increase from suppliers etc and you may want to add a price increase to your items. This is very easy to do and we can train you how do it either remotly or in person.
What is the procedure to organise training?
Give us a call or an email to ask about suitable times. We will do our best to find something that suits. Come in to our office in Lurgan and we will make sure and have the kettle hot and maybe even some scones if you are lucky.
I have had my training and I am all set.
Brilliant. We love to see you give it a go and be able to do basic changes by yourself. If you are ever struggling or need some more in depth training that is no problem at all. Again just give us a buzz and we will do our best to get you sorted.
